Hard bit on head

Well, I done quite a good PE workout the other day and had a dull ache in the head of my penis after, the next day was even worse, its not a constant ache, just every now and then. Also, when I grab my penis on the head of my penis lately there is a hard part that wasn’t there before, its like a ring of about 1mm thick going from left to right. I can’t feel it when the foreskin is pulled back, so I think it may be damage to a foreskin vein? I really have no idea. Dull ache is still there, but no additional pain when touching this area. Anyone know what this is? It’s like a ring of hardness in the middle of the head. And do others get this dull uncomfortable ache?

This is unfair that nobody has answered this guy with a problem, it makes me worry that you guys wont help me if I encounter any problems from PE. It would be helpful if someone could answer this because I think it may have happened to me before.

I have had something similar to that early on, but a bit further down my shaft. I think that it was from some badly done exercises, and perhaps a bit of overexuberance.

Always take extra care when you are messing around with the head of your dick, as it is (1) very vascular, and (2) very tightly packed with nerves. It does not take more than a few times to realize that you can do a lot of OUCH in a short time when you abuse the head of teh dick.

Keep up the work, and remember to go easy - you are in this for the long haul, not a sprint.
