.Try this: first, get a good solid erection, one that feels like 100%. Now do a really strong Kegel and hold for a slow five count. On every count, continue to increase the force of the contraction. It should feel like you’re “flexing” your penis. Release and repeat. If you’re doing it correctly, your head should expand and become harder. It’s like an internal “clamp,” forcing more blood into the penis.
Try this and see if it works. If it does, then do this exercise every day (minimum of 10 reps) for a couple of weeks and you should notice an improvement in head firmness, if not size.
