I am newbie and its been 1 week and got Injured just after 5 mins and jelping there is blue looks like blood clot just above the base of Shaft and I immediately stop now I am worried please help me how to get heal of it attaching the pic

Anyone has similar problem?

Hard to tell from the picture but it looks like you were using too much force while jelqing, possibly creating a bad bruise and swelling.

Stop PE activities, masturbation, stretching or manipulation of your penis for a several days and let it recover. If you have pain or it worsens go see a doctor.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Don’t panic. It should go away with a couple of rest days. After that, take it a little easier as you slowly get conditioned to jelqing.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Oof man that’s a big bruise…i had issues with bruises when i was clamping…give it couple weeks of rest…READ A LOT while you recover

Ouch, looks sore! It will heal, as all bruises do, but make sure to hold off any trauma or messing around with your penis in that time.

If you don’t leave it alone, you will interrupt the healing process and potentially promote more inflammation in the long term. Let your body do its thing and you will be back to normal in no time. Just go easier with the exercises if you decide to start back up.
