When you think of some of the most respected posters on the boards, one of the first names that comes to your mind is Dance. Dance is a pillar of wisdom, always searching for ways to do PE that will completely change the exercises for the better. Unfortunately, as proof that not all injuries happen to newbies, Dance was hit hard with an injury due to trying to do the Uli thing with a hanger, and then adding weights. Make sure you check how Dance handled this injury and what happened with the whole situation.
