I have been in ths forum for a while and every now and then a member complains about an injury and how to cope with it. It’s not a bad thing to ask of course but….

I have to say this. YOY NEED TO BE IN A RIGHT STATE OF MIND TO START PE. Meaning you must know what it is, how to do it and what you want to get out of it. Same thing applies with injuries.

I ‘ll tell you a secret how to cope with any injury. LEAVE YOUR PENIS ALONE UNTIL IT HEALS COMPLETELY. No matter what the injury is. Simple and smart. I mean, we are all grown ass men here. I am sure we all have common logic. And if anyone doesn’t than he should probably blame himself only.

The way to go is rest. Red spots, rest. Erection problems rest. Pain, of any kind, rest. Numbness, rest and perhaps some heat. Dryness of skin, rest and use some moisturizing lotion. Common sense. Logic. You don’t have to be a college graduate to know these things. Come on.

Also, right state of mind. If you have an injury don’t go << Oh my god….oh my god…. I can’t feel it….oh the pain, the agony, I am ruined, I am ruined… Why did I start this..Why? >> What kind of thinking is that? Don’t expect to heal if you panic.

See? Right state of mind guys. I am giving an example.

Go to the gym. Do some heavy squatinq. And I mean heavy. Wake up the next day. You will crawl. That’s for sure. But what are you going to say? Here is what << I won’t go to gym today and if I go I wiil train another muscle group cause my legs are beat. I am tired.>>. You won’ t think << Oh my god I have no legs, I have no legs>>.

So, there you have it. Common sense. Rest and right state of mind.

Guess what else is logic? If an injury insists for real, even if you rest and have the right state of mind….. go to a doctor and say:Ι was PEing and this happened to me. And if the doctor doesn;t know what pe is, never mind. Say to him, just check my dick man cause I am having this and that symptoms. Don’t be embarrased. You are a man. You don’t have to be embarrased for anything.

Solve any problem at once. Don’t let it linger. It will eat you alive even if it is something small.We are all men.It’s our job to solve problems. Same thing applies to injuries.

Yea a lot of people shit their pants for no reason,but there are exceptions sometimes.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
