Couldn’t resist measuring after the 5 week mark and nothing to report.

Maybe an injury too. After 10 mins in the shower I started some light stretches and had a ‘pop’ sensation just above the base. Stopped the stretches but now I have a dull ache behind the fat pad about 2inch up from the base of my penis. 12 hours on the ache is still constant. No EQ problems though because I nailed my mrs ans everything worked! Maybe a pulled muscle?

Don’t worry, just stop PE for 7-10 days.

5 weeks is too early to see any gains. Give it at least 3-4 months and then measure.

When you start again try no to be so excited. Slow, calculated movements.

Thanks for your help. The irony is, I have been much harder on the stretches before and not had problems. It happened on a downward stretch that I was putting little effort in to. To be fair I didn’t expect to see much increase after 5 weeks but I have noticed my flaccid has increased by quite a lot recently. No measurements though but I can see a definite increase

If your flaccid hangs better, it is a good thing. It is how it starts.

Do you think I would be ok with light jelqs? I really don’t want a complete break because I’m a person of habit and I don’t want to break my PE habit again.

So you want to make the injury worse? Try resting; your penis will still be there after it’s healed!

Just over a week off PE. Started again today and all is good. I must admit, I was a little nervous that I might get that ‘pop’ again. Slow and steady from now on! 100 jelqs with 2 x 30 sec stretches in each direction. Slight ache on the pubic bone but nothing like last time

My lig crackles all the time, I’ve only ever experienced the ache you mentioned one time, hope all is better brother!

Goal: keep my curve and get to 7 x 7

Its not like after the ‘pop’. Probably needs more more time to fully heal. Light stretches until the ache goes. Its good to get back into it. PE is bit like going to the gym-I don’t like going but after I feel good
