In my case a 12 inch x 2 inch cloth and a 8 x 2 inch theraband on top. I place it 1 inch from the glans. I wrap across not like Bib. Make sure hanger is 1 cm from edge of wrap towards glands. Simple. I leave a little blog in the glans.

I did not make much gains after 6 months with Bib’s hangers as my motivation to PE was done. Less than 1” (0,8”) is not good gain. It is easy newbie gain that can be achieved with gentle methods with small force. About year after I bought vacuum hanger and managed to hang over 8 kg / 17 lbs with it. Then I knew, fuck, I would have made much easier and better gains with vacuum hanger. Only one one hour set comfortably watching TV.

Ok, but you still have not answered my question. We already know you gained less than an inch with the Bib. So, after buying the vac hanger and managing to hang 17 LB from it , how much have you gained from the VAC?? Have you gained anything from VAC hanging??

I have not done vac hanging for gains. I just tried it so see how it is like. Like I said my motivation was over at that point. After Bib I did ADS + manual stretching routine for a while and gained another about 0,5” from that. I realised that as newbie I would have gained from low force high time under tension ADS use alone.
There is now guys who have gained 2” without ever going over 4 kg tension.

But now years later I will get another period of PE and use my old vac hanger.

Vac hanging

I had some time over the holidays so I broke out my TotalMan vac hanger setup. I’ve had some bad luck with vac hanging in the past, getting blisters but reading so many here extolling the virtues, I thought I’d give it another try. I went back and watched Mike’s videos and meticulously taped my glans with several layers of 3M Micropore tape.

I’m now in my 3rd day’s session and I have to tell you that it’s pretty damn comfortable. Currently I was Bib hanging at 12 lbs (down from the low 20s earlier this year due to an extended break) so I thought I start vac hanging at 7 1/2 lbs. First sets were 20 minutes. I felt no tell tale pain in my glans and made sure numerous times that I was still tight against the inside of the chamber.

Today’s sets have been 40 minutes each with 8 3/4 lbs and still comfortable, no slippage at all, no discoloration(which always went away with a few minutes of jelqing) and best of all, no blisters.

With the very firm grip, I can’t imagine a problem going over 10 lbs but for right now, the comfort has made me a convert. The longer sets are a big plus as well. I usually took ~10 minutes in between compression sets to stretch & jelq, now 3 40 minute sets with a 5 minute breather in between and I’m good to go. Of course before any session I use my rice sock and warm up stretch for about 10 minutes. I’ve read folks talking about 1 hour sets and I can see that’s not going to be a problem to get to fairly quickly. I will of course go slowly ramping up the weights.

Another positive aspect is when I would hang BTC with the Bib, those frigging wing nuts and the one long threaded bolt would poke into my ass. Well no more of that. The stretch from the vac hanger also seems to involve more of my cock. With the Bib, as I reached fatigue, I found it necessary to move the hanger back on my shaft a bit on each set so there was more of my cock in front of the hanger not getting stretched. Now the the entire length of the shaft is getting stretched. That might accelerate gains.

I still like to use my Tugger for my ADS though. This vac hanger would make an excellent ADS for those not interested in stretching your shaft skin into a faux foreskin. For me, seeing that new foreskin over my glans is amazing.

I gave up on vac hanging

It was interesting going back and reading about starting to vac hang again. I got up to 10 lbs and could not keep the chamber tight to my glans. I followed TM’s instructions on how to clean the valve and nothing worked. Consequently, I started getting blisters and having to stop for up to 10 days. Than restart at a lower weight and always the same problem. And the same result.

After 3+ months of this I just gave up on vac hanging. Yes it’s very comfortable and being able to hang for extended blocks of time is great too but the week+ down time is a poor trade off.

I’ve been back to consistently hanging with my BIB. Been at the weight(17 lbs) that has always gotten me gains for over a month and I’m rocking an EL of just under 7 1/4”(almost a 1/4” gain in 6 weeks). Depending on the number of sets in the previous day, I’ll hit fatigue by the end of the first set or beginning of the second and have to start removing weight. Bib has said 10 hrs/week in fatigue and you’ll gain seems to be right on, it certainly is for me although on the days I can work & hang SD in my shop, I easily will go over 5 or 6 sets.

My EQ is excellent, no bruising from the BIB and the consistency is increasing my girth as well. I know Bib said it’s easier to stretch a thinner dick but when I get to 8” I’m going to start throwing in some double ulis.

So for you guys that have found the correct way to vac hang, congrats. It just didn’t work for me.

I tried vac hanging and after the third time getting a blister 1 cm round I gave up. It takes weeks to get back to normal and I was never able to go beyond 10 pounds.

My question is how do you apply the hanger to mitigate discoloration? I am cut. Is the key to pull skin back to the base? And clamp device in front of ( towards head ) skin so that their isn’t all the loose skin to hold water and blood? Also, as long as you are clamped tightly is skin stretching even an issue?. I mean if you are tight enough to grab internals it shouldn’t matter where right?

I am cut as well. I pull the skin back to the base. Same for everything else. Yes, tight enough so anchor point is solid.

Finally got back to hanging. On week 7 and have regained some of my lost gains. I need to get back around 20 LB before I attempt the heavy set.
