BPSFL to BPEL

Hello fellow hangers!

One quick question: how do you turn BPSFL into BPEL?
I am seeing BPFSL gains but no BPEL gains. Any info on how this works? What makes BPEL catch up

Practice, practice, practis.

Most people always have their BPFSL longer than BPEL, and gains in BPFSL usually come before BPEL, though that is not all the time as sometimes they grow together.

But most of us consider increasing BPFSL to be a herald of BPEL gains to come, so as said above, just keep up with your PE program and you should eventually see the BPEL gains, too.

What are your BPEL and BPFSL? From what I read in Kypra’s threads and other, one need to make his BPFSL 10-15mm longer than BPEL in order to BPEL start catching up.

My BPEL seems to lag about 1/4" to 1/2" behind my BPFSL. You can check my (or anyone else’s) ‘Stats’ button to see, as most people log both.

Hi, thanks, that is good to know. I checked yours and you have grown about 2cm both BPEL and BEG. Very nice. May I ask what did you do, hanging with heat??
And how I can add stats for myself ?

Regarding the topic, there are people who’s BPFSL is not longer than BPEL. I’m one of them. Mine BPEL is even longer by 2mm. And before and during sex looks noticeably bigger but obviously can’t measure it then.

I have a BPFSL of 18.5cm and a BPEL of 16cm. I am really hoping the BPEL will catch up soon. Started out at 12.5 15 years ago and have gained mostly in the last 4 years when my partner stopped putting out due to the good old manopause. I then thought, you know what, I am going to show you what you are missing out on.

Any good tips on getting that BPEL to move? I jelq morning and night, ADS most of the day, Total man compression plate during the day with leg band, Total man vacuum cup all night with leg band. Definately seeing huge changes in flacid hang, but the BPEL is not moving. Doing some weight hanging as well but still no change.

I am still a novice, but the best advice given to me was to add heat. The total man heat pad is good, I hang with heat and also when I use my extender. I don’t jelg, but usually put in some good stretching time in the evening before bed. I also noticed that some supplements, like collagen seemed slowed progress way down. I would advise you to check out the supplement blogs on this site.

I do a little of many techniques, but the last six months I’ve mostly been using the "Hanging with FIRe" protocol for length. You can find that thread in the hanging section of the forum.

If you click on your handle in the top left of the screen (on a computer browser—not sure about a phone) then the drop down menu has a "Stats" tab that leads you to the option to enter your stats.
