What do you guys think about this new vacuum cup?

Tentatively, I like them. I like the vacuum port not being on the meatus, and I like the simple spring clamp to shut off air flow. Both the Size Doctor and Total Man caps have one-way valves, which I’ve found to be a pain in the ass. Compared to that, a few inches of hose and a clamp doesn’t look bar.
