Yoshi's Routine

Recently, I’ve started adding jelqing to my routine, which looks as follows:

Monday: 5x10min hanging

Thuesday: 5x10min hanging + 20 min jelq

Wednesday: 25 min jelq

Thursday: 20 min jelq + 10 x 20s Uli

Friday: 6x10 min hanging + 20 min jelq

Saturday: off

Sunday: 6x10 min hanging.

However, sometimes I hang/jelq more. This depends on the situation and how I am feeling.
