Worrywart's Routine

Gentle stretching for warm up, lubricate, grip from base and pull towards head slowly ensuring that i get entirely to the base everytime i regrip, fifty percent erect for fifteen to thirty mins. I do a combination of hand clanping and kegels i guess and time my hand release and regrip with the kegels giving a pumping sensation until im at 105% erection very taught and uncomfortable but not painful. Once i release this i do hand over hand briskly until i achieve full unassisted erection(no clamping). I stretch my penis downward stretching the ligament or whatever it is that attatches to my pelvic area. This hurts. I massage the area where this dorsal ligament attatches and feel like it stretches it. I worry that this could make my penis point downwards in the future but so far it has not effected the angle of my penis.
