Workingit's Routine

all angles stretching total of 6 minutes…. 8 to 10 minutes straight down stretching and BTC.. then 10 to 15 minutes wet slow jelqs. i was gaining off the basics and went to clamping to quick, i got some discoloration and now im back to basics. my gains came from basics. after i reach length goal with basics ill clamp again with firegoat rolls for sure!
