Willy26's Routine

PE in the morning before showering. 5 minute warm up using hot water on a washcloth. 10 minute manual stretching first with the right hand then the left, 30 seconds each - penis down, to the right/left, straight up, then 360 rotation clockwise then counterclockwise. 10 minute wet jelquing using Astroglide - about 3 seconds each jelq using different fingers and grasps in the O position. 5 minute warm down using hot water on a washcloth.
