Wannabbig13's Routine

I warm up in the first 5 minutes in the shower, getting some blood flow going and making sure to massage and loosen things up.

Then I pump with my Bathmate, 3 pumping sessions of 5 minutes each, doing kegels against the pressure, it really builds strength in your muscles, it also helps with my expansion.

So after holding the flex for about 35 seconds at the top of a pyramid set by tens, staring at 15 (15, 25, & 35 seconds), I add pressure in the pump, until I reach what feels like full capacity for my unit (listen to your body, mentally focus on that specific part and you’ll be more in tune with it) and then leave it at that " pressure setting."

Then I jelq after each term of pumping, returning fresh blood to my dick, and making sure that I do not apply too much pressure, but I go very slowly to really maximize the expansion (about 5 kegels of about 8-10 seconds each).

Then after pumping I hang or strap in to my autoxleeve, I prefer the leg strap.

Since pumping and hanging are both very intense exercises, I try to avoid over use of weights in place of the lighter, but still constant tension of the strap.

I do many kegels throughout the day. Finally, when I get home at night, I fowfer to my right, as I’m a little bent and torqued to the left (I do the same with the autoxleeve leg strapping and it’s starting to help), which not only continues to hold stretch of the tissue the and ligs from all day being strapped in, but also keeps the blood flow going more that it has earlier in the day. It’s like my end of the day warm down.

Night time is when I rest, I fall asleep fowfered and it just comes "undone" when I get erections at night. I usually take weekends off and do every weekday and every month I take 5 days off from pumping and just do the stretch part of my routine.
