WangDong's Routine

I make sure to warm up and start blood flow before doing anything (hot shower water or hot wrap). I start with a pseudo-clamp type exercise where i use my thumb and forefinger to clamp the base for fully erect engorgement, but i only hold it for as long as my hand can stand it without cramping, which is usually only around 2 minutes. i follow up with about 60 wet jelqs, 70 to 80 percent erect, with long slow movements up the shaft. After that i do the pseudo-clamp one more time, and hot water/ hot wrap once more.
