5 minutes stretching
Get in to hot shower
50 jelqs
20 power jelqs
10 ulis
4 horse squeezes interleaved with some jelqs and ulis to ensure new blood is redistributed
plump bends for About 2 minutes
Followed by more jelqs & ulis to push blood through whilst still plump.

During the work day I may (but not always) do a couple of minutes stretching, 40-50 jelqs and sometimes some ulis, and plump bends in the toilet at work.
