10 minute hot wrap

15 minutes V stretch 2 sets, 1 set hold at base every 1 minute release for a few seconds to allow circulation, 1 set hold mid shaft every1 minute release for a few seconds for circulation. Increasing time every week by 1 additional 1 minute hold both at base and mid shaft.

250 wet Jelgs with 10 second hold 440 horse squeezes every 40 strokes. Increasing number of Jelgs every week by 10, and only adding more 440 squeezes every 40 Jelgs.

100 kegels with the last 10 being long holds of 5-10 seconds each
