Am only ocassionally active with PE, but when I am:

3 days on, 2 off

warm up w/ rice sock - 5 min.

various stretches - 5 min.

jelq - 4 min.

pump - 5 min.

jelq - 4 min.

pump - 5 min.

jelq - 4 min.

pump - 5 min.

(times vary somewhat)

Started out, way back when, doing nothing but self-hypnosis - with good results.
