Yesterday I took some time to physically draw out my penis length, width, and circumference on a piece of paper. I actually did 4 different ones. My original size, my current size, my short term goal, and my long-term goal.

Wow, still a long ways to go, before I reach 8”x6”, BUT, I’ve already made some really amazing progress, and this just helped to really make my goals tangible. Holy shit, 8” is pretty damn long.

Anyways, just more motivated than ever to reach my goals.

Today: 5 minute hot soak in the tub, followed by 50 jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second 440’s.

50 more jelqs, and 5 sets of 10 second ULI’s.

50 jelqs, and 20 sadsac slinkys.

Finished with a 10 minute hot shower .

Excellent post-workout flaccid today, no spotting or donut effect on the head. Just nice and heavy.

After taking a few days off during a tumultuous time, I’m back today with another workout.
