I’m relatively new to this forum and PE in general. I had previously (about a year ago) started with PE and had a thread, but it somehow vanished (?). So I’m making a new one. More than doing this for the enlargement of Mr. P, I want to see if this actually works, hence the name of the thread “The Experiment”. I tried to do it previously, but fell out of the routine. For me to be able to actually see results or discard this whole PE thing as a some kind of mad joke (the earth is not flat, right?) I will need to be consistent.

I started again with jelqing this Monday (week 1, 22nd June /2020) with the regular newbie routine. Right now I’m doing 5 min warmup, 5 min stretching, 10 min jelqing and 5 min warm-down. I guess in the week 3 I will do 15 min of jelqing and on week 4 20 min of jelqing if everything goes well. I’m using regular coconut oil (not virgin). The newbie routine is, from what I’ve read, two days on and one day off. But because of my current housing situation, I’m not able to do it this way because I’m can’t do it in the weekends. Therefore the sessions will be on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Wednesday is day off.

After each session I’m also doing kegel exercises for 3 minutes - 10 seconds on and 3 seconds off.

In order to not hurt my self, I guess I should do this routine for about 90 days. After that I will need to see how I can change my routine in order to be more effective.

If any of you experienced folks here have some tips and whatnot, I would gladly appreciate them.

20 mins of jelqing on just week 4 is not a wise thing.(its a fast progression for a newbie).
20 mins of Jelqing should be the max volume of jelqing.
Watch closely your Pis. If they are going down then you are using bigger intensity than you should.

Every week just add 1 min on the stretching and 1 min on the jelqing.
When you reach 10 mins of stretching and 15 mins of jelqing just keep it like that for the end of the 90 days newbie program.

Thats my recommendations.

Thank you! I will keep this in mind and for the time being I will adjust my routine the way you described until the end of 90 days.

But since I’m able to do jelqs only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I feel like I miss out a bit. More precisely, I only miss Sunday on week A and Monday on week B (two days on, one day off). That’s why I thought that to “catch up” for that one day in each week, I could do a bit more jelqs. At the same time I think that it will not do much difference for a beginner anyways. It’s better to go slowly and not rush things. Haste makes waste. One step at a time.

I have another question though: A few months ago I started taking cold showers regularly and currently I try to do it every day. I haven’t yet taken them after my jelqing sessions because I feel like it would not be advisable? It seems to be counterintuitive to expose the penis to the cold after the warm-down. Would appreciate some thoughts on this.

More or less if your penis feels good you have good PI and if it doesn’t feel good you have bad PI.

For example if I do to much pumping my morning wood may be really bad and my erections in general is bad then it’s bad PI. When I rest a couple of days from PE and sex my morning wood is good and my dick feels fuller and heavy during the day, that’s good PI.

Tomorrow is Monday and Week 2. I’m adding 1 minute to stretching (total 6 min) and 1 minute to jelqing (total 11 min).

Forgot to mention that on Week 1 my erection level while jelqing was about 50%, which from what I gather is not ideal and should be around 70%.

This week wasn’t as good as the last week. The erection level was a bit lower (40-50%) because I wasn’t as focused.

The plan for Week 3 (6th - 12th July), starting tomorrow, is as follows:
(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

— 5 min warmup
— 7 min stretching
— 12 min jelqing
— 5 min warmdown

I’m also currently doing nofap in monk mode, meaning no sex, no wanky, no porn watching and even no gazing at ladies as I pass them. My current streak is 16 days.

Hi Monk, I commented on your other post about pain just now but then found this thread.

I’m glad you are starting out the right way and I’m confident you’ll see for yourself the benefits in a few weeks.

My only advice to the above is to make sure you incorporate heat at the beginning of the routine. The warmup might be a gentle exercise but maybe try a heat pad or microwave rice sock to heat up your dick before you start stretches. I found this helped me a lot

Thank you for the reply Blindpew! Your comment is motivating.

What I did until now is to wet the sock under hot water and then wrap up my dick with it for about 20 seconds and then repeat this for about 5 minutes. But as I did it I was actually wondering if the heat is enough because it didn’t feel hot really. Do you mean that the dick needs more heat? And if so, how much is enough?

Another thing is that the heat is not good for testicles, but I’m guessing it’s not an issue as long I have my hand around the sock while the dick is held against my stomach.

Also, what type of heat pad would you recommend?

I have never tried the rice sock method, but will do it tomorrow.

Oh, and another thing, should I also use the rice sock at the warmdown with the same heat level? Or should the warmdown be less hot than warmup?

Hi Monk, yes the wet warm sock isn’t going to be enough heat for 5 minutes. I’d recommend either a rice sock which you microwave for 2 minutes (they keep their heat for 5-10 minutes) or an electric heat mat like the one Gprent recommends. IR light is also an option.
