Thalumberjak's Routine

hot rap for 5-10 min until balls and dick are flexible and warm. 3/4 bonner jelq for 10 min to warm up (1 to 4 second strokes). full erection kegel and turnequet with hand at base… hold for 5 to 10 sec. and slowly move up. repeat 5 to 15 times based on how i feel. jelq for 10 to 20 minutes as a cool down, at 3/4 errect. hot rap or shower depending on time of day.
