Tdypuleo's Routine

While in Iraq (never any privacy here):

While extending my 3 minute shower to about 15 minutes,

I manual stretch down, up, left (down) and right (down) 30 seconds ea (last 5 seconds pull w/both hands)

I rotate stretch cccw 40 rotations

I stretch behind the back for 20 seconds

Then i wet jelq (soaped up) for about 5 minutes I’d guess (no watch/clock in the tiny stall)

I do Kegels when i walk to/from work, i hold for 5-6 seconds ea, so i’d say probably 50 kagels ea way
