Sylvanus' Routine

Currently, about 200 jelqs, with some squeezes and massage. About 20 minutes.

Alternate days, 90 kegel stretches.

Used to be much longer and based round the bathmate. Finally realised that was what had wrecked my EQ.

Took a break and eased back in with a less is more type routine.

Much better, feel back on track.
