Today i added 30min pumping with heat at 2hg.

And i reached 14.8 cm clamped

I clamped twice, before in the hot shower and after pumping.

I dont really know how many rest i need but i feel the more i rest the more i loose it all.

I have found that pumping with heat seems to help gains, but I get a substantial reduction in EQ. It returns to normal after a day of two without heat.

It doesn’t seem to happen to everyone, and it’s not a big problem as long if your sex life is regular and you can plan for it.
