Hi everyone. For the last 12 years (I’m almost 32) I’ve tried almost everything with PE and I’ve found the hardest thing with staying consistent comes down to 2 things. Comfort and effort. Something that requires effort takes time and that is certainly some thing I lack there of as I work a physical job, I go to the gym and box/run and I’m also out all the time. I feel stupid just to stay at home so I can wear PE devices as I don’t feel comfortable wearing them out.

At the moment this is what I’m doing as I’m finding it close to effortless and I am seeing slow but consistent results. At the least I’m maintaining not losing gains. It’s sustainable.

I wear a stealth inner wear while I am out of the house. So this is at work, gym everywhere. It’s easily hidden, just have to remove it to pee otherwise you will get droplets come out over the course of your day until you do. This doesn’t enlarge your penis but prevents turtling and retraction. As soon as I get home I shower and put on my phallosan forte belt and wear that pretty much to bed. I take it off the first time I have to pee at night and I leave it off usually as I’m too tired to put it back on. I think I really need to make more effort to get it back on as my gains are slowed. The moment I wake in the morning, shower, inner wear stealth sock and work.

See how I can wear something on my penis constantly at all times of the day to suit the situation? I don’t even have to do anything.
I was using the andro penis extender before the phallosan at bed time (I’ve owned both for years but just started using them) as it seemed to have a stronger tension and my penis seemed to grow reasonably
Quick. However, the noose would squash the head and shrink the head size dramatically. Then when I’d wear the phallosan or the inner wear the head would slip out.

How do you rate this routine I’ve got going? What could I incorporate? I do have a bathmate, though I used it for about 3months with not many gains at all. All I got was a very sore lower back after time from pumping too hard on my pelvic area. I wish I could hang but I find it extremely uncomfortable even when wrapping.

I strongly caution you and others to not wear any PE device while sleeping.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I agree strongly with 32quarters and I have a Phallosan forte, wear it and was so enticed by the idea!

But think about the downside risk. No matter what the manufacturer says and how good the product is, if you break your dick it is YOUR problem and they won’t be liable.

During hard physical work it is hard, I get that. I helped a family member moving and it was very stressful to not break the Phallosan during the heavy lifting.

6h a day may be enough, so maybe you could still gain fewer hours.
