Stretching every time I piss. Phallosan as much as I can stand. Usually 5 to 8 hours. Just added hanging 20 mins w/5 pounds and clamping 10 mins.

How well did this routine work for you? I see by your signature some sweet gains, i’m just wondering if you kept to this. Also, 3 years on from this post, do you think the Phallosan did anything for you?
