Hello all. I’m making this journal to keep track of my gains and routine. As of right now I want to treat my penis as a muscle even though it is not considered a muscle. Right now my penis measures up to 3inches erect with a 1.5imch girth. Yes is very small. I am 25 and I hope to be at 5-6’ within a one year period. I’m just looking to be average.

My routine.

-5min warmup with hot rice sock

-10min strectching

-20min wet jelq

-5min stretching

-5min warm down.

More time for each exercise as I get past the first few weeks of healing from first time exercise

PE Monday
RE Tuesday
RE Wednesday
RE Thursday
PE Friday
RE Saturday
RE Sunday

So only 2 days of intense PE and the rest are resting days. The reason why I have so many resting days is not because I’m lazy it’s because with body building, most of the work is actually being done when you are eating, sleeping, healing correctly. This is what gives you the large muscles. Tearing down the tissues should be done to a minimal, building up the tissue should be given much more importance as it’s the whole point of gaining length and girth.

I know if I’m taking so many resting days, my growth goal may take longer then a year to achieve then if I were to take say 2 days of resting. I’m just trying to see if the healing method will give faster gains if taking the body building approach.

I’m looking for a 3inch growth within a one year period. If more time is needed then so be it. With this routine I want to see what helps gain faster in a shorter time frame. Breaking down tissue vs building up tissues. Also I know everyone growth is different.

I’ve already noticed growth within 4 days of non stop PE. I didn’t stick to a routine until I made this post after reading everyone else’s gains and routines.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

First of all congratulations for having the right mindset that you CAN change the size of your cock. You can and will do it if you are consistent, so stay focused, no screw that, get obsessed.

Now I want you to consider a different thought. Your current routine calls for plenty of rest because of a bodybuilding comparison and you acknowledged that the penis is not a muscle. If you were of the various tribes throughout Africa or Indonesia that wanted to stretch your neck, lips or ears, how often would you take a break?

I read a post by BiB the other night where he said that rest days are something that were rarely needed. And that was for a guy that was hanging 2 hrs per day for his routine. BiB himself took the weekends off but his routine was mind blowing (7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday) of hanging. My point?

Once you get past the beginners stage, re-evaluate your limitations. Some guys with great circumstances workout several hours per day while others do a twice per day 20 minute routine. If you put the time in you will see that this stuff really works!

This works for each individual differently. So I hope your idea works. However I’d rest less or doore stretches thorout the day or wear and ads/extender. For jelqung that idea might make sense. For stretching doesn’t seem so convincing to me.

Most important is to start and do something on a constant base and then you can adjust.

Newbie or not, I think you are taking too many rest days. Most healing is done within 24hrs unless you really have an intense day and may require another 24hrs extra.

Start: 7/1/14 BPEL 7.25" MEG 4.75"

Current: 10/1/14 BPEL8.2" MEG 5.5" BEG 6" Corona 5.25" EQ=9

I weigh 115

I think I will stick to this routine for the first 2 months and then track my progress. After that I will take only 1-2 rest days.

Try hanging and ADS device for better results.
