Stanner Extender And Combo Log.

Still extending and doing the shower+ routine.

Work and home life have been real busy. So trying to get in extending time has been hard. Gotten a couple of prefect wraps done. And that’s makes all the difference from alot of slippage. To circulation getting cut off to much. When I do the wrap prefect I can get extra time in the extender with out rewrapping.

Last few days I gotten in the habit of doing a quick manual stretch session when I take off the extender. It feels like these sessions are getting me gains. Going to measure in a few days probably this weekend to see if there any improvements.

Uhh why can’t I measure the same way every time. Just now I did a EBPSL and it looks like I got a 1/8th gain. Only problem is at different angles I’m getting a even longer gain and at others i got a 1/16th.

Best part though is there is a gain some where. In the extender doing the measurement I also all most back out the tension bars. Maybe it’s getting close to adding another rod.

This was just a mess around measuring so I’ll save any official measurements for this weekend. That going to be my new measurement date for each month.

Thank you LittleEngine your one of the reason I decided to give extending a serious go around. I look forward too reading all your posts.
Using the extender as the base of my new routine is tough. But I’m starting to get a hang of it. Because your constantly putting on and taking off the extender. I’ve used those times to get in manual stretches. I think that alone could be a reason to try using a extender. Because I haven’t never done this much manuals per day before.

Dropped by your log since you’d made some comments on mine. Wow, that’s some great perseverance & adaptation you’re pulling off to keep your program going strong. Good job.

I’m wanting girth gains too but not bad enough to take the plunge out of the land of manuals (with the exception of a brief foray into clamping). There are still some exercises I’ve yet to employ on the manual side of the house, but I’m waiting for my current routine to peter out to change up anything.

Love hearing your wife is noticing your gains. It’s probably vain but that’s a dream of mine (that and her increased enjoyment of and then desire for a bit more sex) only I’m in stealth mode so she’s not overtly acknowledged much yet (it would probably be great positive reinforcement if my mind/body were ready to jump onboard those infrequent times when she actually initiates and wants some).

Part of the reason I’ve do PE is to fight off ED. My wife nows about my struggles with getting and maintaining erection….. Now. It was tough admitting to her about it. But I’m happy that I did it. From there I started to open up to her about PE. To her PE stand for penis exercise and slowly she becoming more accepting. But still she not 100% on board. Soon I’m going to have to explain why I have a extender strap to my dick.
You mentioned clamping and I gave clamping a go around before. Word of caution clamping and porn will lead to a spiral of ED. At the worst I could only get hard with a clamp on and a ton of extreme porn. It’s also really messed with my head like a true addiction. Also clamping beat the heck out of my penis. I still want to try clamping again. But only when I’m more mentally healthy to fight off porn.

Man, I had the exact same issue and you’re right - clamping & heavy porn use absolutely kill EQ but I couldn’t understand it at all until I asked for help. TP members nailed it right away and things started getting better in short order once I backed off all of the stupid crap that was screwing me up.

That second point is really interesting because clamping itself was also freaking addictive for me in terms of messing with my head and causing me to obsess about it - like, clamping would become the high point of my week. Glad I was able to move on although I don’t think I can even try that again even if I get porn more under control. Gotta wonder what it is about clamping that makes it so compelling…

Today have been some great reads on thunders I lost track of actually posting my progress. Was able to get in 5 hours extending yesterday. And 3 hours so far today. Did my shower+ routine and after wards what I call fake girth was over 5.5. that’s not what I call real world girth because there not that many times I can actually use it. But still it’s nice to see after the work out.

After wards my dopamine and endorphin would be spent. And I would feel very guilty and depressed. Not to mention zero EQ for a couple of days.

False alarm all day I was thinking about hitting 5.5 girth. And it’s actually off by 1/4 because the Taylor tape starts 1/4 off. So Still it’s 5.25 post work out.

Yeah, it’s like clamping can induce a super state of arousal for some of us. Not all since we don’t hear that much along this line and perhaps it hits a guy harder if he’s got addictive disorders and loops in habitual masturbation.

To be honest after very hard edging and engorging with the clamp on. Using very hard core porn. To Finally bust a nut with the clamp is the most sexual high I ever got.
Oh what a let down after wards.
I hope nobody reading this will try it. because it’s not worth it. All those hard core things mixed together can really mess you up.
Also clamping in general is a very advanced form of PE. All most every time I tried it I had to stop because of a injury. And how addictive it can be that all ways ended with ED. And me spiraling down into more porn use and depression.

My logs from yesterday and today got my shower+ in for both days. And tried the best I can try get extending hours in. Not even close to 4 hours for the day. but if I’m lucky over 3 in the extender.

Health wise I’ve hit the gym 4 days in a row. Might miss Today Though going with the wife and friends to have drinks and go watch the …..Nun..

My job is not going like I planned with so much stress on days. That’s some of the reason I’m getting less extending hours. Plus being at home with the family. im spending more time with them.

That’s a good thing because me and the wife have been so close to getting a divorce this past year.

Hate to say but one of reason I got into PE 100%. This past July was to get my mind focus on something.

Am im burning out…..I hope not. Yesterdays I ended up with around 4 hours of extending and I got my shower+ routine in. It’s just when I did have a chance to get some more PE in I felt just too tired or motivated to do it. Also I skip on the gym day I originally planned to do.

Good thing I have my progress log to keep me with some kind of focus. Very easily before I would just stop and not do any real PE routines for months.

What’s coming to my mind is I haven’t planned for any rest days with this current routine. And I’m thinking do I need them. From a mental stand point maybe I should.

Currently I’m extending every day. but I wonder how much rest can I do with out losing gains. Im planning a family trip to the amusement park next week. Should that be my rest day I don’t know. I’m gonna try to stay with my routine until then.

I want doing PE to be a positive adventure as I work on my self improvement. Last few days though the stress of trying to get PE in. has been bringing down my motivation. Not to mention my life in general has been very stressful lately.

But I’m going to continue the course. because when I do go on breaks the reason I come back to PE. Is the loss of size and drop of EQ. And I don’t want to go through that again.

Well this will be my log for today I got shower+ and aiming for 5 hours extending. I’m all most past my 2nd hour now so I’m thinking I’ll get the 5 hours in.

Whole new day whole new out look. Woke up with morning wood. Last few days I was waking up to just a chubby. So I’m very happy about waking up hard today.

Started my shower+ routine and it went great. I really like this routine in the shower. And feel if I did it more often there gains to be made there. Going to try a do again before I watch Monday night football.

Did something different and put on the extender low tension before I even left the house. Going to see how this feels. Yesterday I push tension to much and was getting very sore at the contact points. But I also got over 5 hours in the extender yesterday also. So that might be it to.

Main thing is I feel better today and re focused. My penis looks better too can’t wait to test it out on the wifey.
