5 min manual stretches
usually no warm up (I just try to achieve an erect state and back to flaccid)
Emphasis in down direction, but also do up, left and right, and more rarely diagonally (e.g. south west, south east etc..) and out
Also use rolling stretches (stretching out and rotating 20 sec clockwise, then 20 sec counterclockwise)

5-10 ulis for as long as i can keep a firm grim ~1min (one hand on base, other moving from below head to mid shaft every 10-15 seconds)
