Routine Varies

Jelqs - 150-250 (4-5 seconds each)
Sadsak Slinky - 50-100 (2-3 seconds each)
Manual Stretches - 20-60 minutes (30-60 second holds)

Stretches alternate through four directions. I focus on the ligaments and tunica equally.
