5 minutes: manual stretches (straight down, straight up, left, right, 30 second holds)
30 minutes: jelq 3-5 second strokes at about 50-60% erection
10 minute: manual stretches (straight down, straight up, left, right, 30 second holds)
30 minutes: edging
