New year, New Goal.

I pretty much have locked in my 6in BPEL. It’s still amazing and unbelievable to realize that 12 years ago, all I wanted was a 6in cock. Daydreaming and wishful thinking of how much better sex would be for myself and the wife if I am at 6. Now that I pack 6, it’s every bit as great as I fantasized a decade ago… lol…

I work from home and have lots of time, and If nothing changes in 2024, I will be shooting for 7.5in and hopefully some meaningful girth gain… I’ll be happy for 0.25-0.5.
I’m upping my weight and will try out compression hanging in 2024. I picked up both the MaleHanger and TotalMan 3.0 Hanger. I have also upped my hanging weight to 10 lbs.

Oh, and one last thing, the best thing I did was tell the wife I do PE. She doesn’t like the idea but goes along with it as she gets to enjoy it. No more sneaking around, and this allows me to PE anytime I have free time.

2024 Goal is 7.5 x 5.5….

Today’s measurement came in at 6.2 BPEL and 5 1/8 EG. I’m shooting for a short-term goal of 6.5 BPEL and 5.3 EG by April before turning another year older. My EL gains seem to come quite fast with my length work; I will be putting more energy and effort into girth work for the next few months… I’ve been adding soft-claming to my daily routine for the last 5 days, and I will continue until I hit 5.3 EG.

I’m clamping in the morning when I get morning wood. 2 sets 5 - 7 mins. I also clamp after each pumping session. 2 sets 5-7 min.

I"’m still quite optimistic that I can hit my target long-term goal by the end of the year if I continue to PE for 2-3 hrs daily and stay focused and on course. This shit ain’t hard; just slap on a device and surf the net.

Measured today, and I’m now at 6.25 BPEL and 5.25 EG. I’ve been doing a lot of girth work lately. Soft Clamping with 10 sleeves for 5min x 3 sets multiple times per day. I plan to hit 5.5 EG by Apr as a bday gift to myself.

What’s been crazy is it seems like I’m growing 1/4 inch per month. I started in late Aug 2023 with some basic manuals but didn’t commit to PE until Sept 2023 as I was overseas and didn’t return home until Sept.

It can not be due to improved EQ as I have been very fit and going to the gym 5-6 days/week since 2017. Prior to this PE journey, I have also been taking VigRX and StrongMan: Tongat Ali Herbal Coffee (imported from Thailand) daily, which has helped with EQ. Been taking it since 2015. I did notice better, and best EQ, was rock-hard every time after consuming them. However, every measurement still comes back to 5 BPEL.

It wasn’t until I saw "Alpha M" on YouTube promoting Bathmate Water Pump in July 2023, that it reminded me about PE and forums like Thunder, PEGym, Double D’s forum, etc… I worked from home, so I decided to commit 100% to PE this go round. as I was tired of 5BPEL. I consume as much information as possible on here and on Reddit. The "hanging w/fire" thread probably was the most informative and helped the most. I spent days and hours going through the thread, reading every comment and advice.

Today, 4 months later, I’m 1.25" longer and 0.25" thicker. I would say my growth measurement is relatively accurate as I was always on the smaller side and have measured numerous times to ensure there was no mistake in my average to below-average "D". Due to my past PE experience in 2008, I was always aware and knew how to properly measure BPEL, If. I was sincere; back in 2008, I was more like 4.9/4.85 in both BPEL and EG and recently grew to 5.0 both ways after committing to working out daily and consuming VigRX and TogatAli.

I am very shocked that I’m growing at 0.25 in monthly. Hopefully at this rate, I will hit 7.5in BPEL, 6.0 EG, by EOY. I am still working on PE daily but have prioritized girth work.

Daily Routine is still the same.

Hang w/Fire 10lbs - 1hr
Pump 12HG w/heat - 20-30min
Soft Clamp (10 finger sleeves) 3 sets x 5min, 2-3 times daily.
Apex Extend 30min - 1hr.

Congrats on telling wifey. I told her that I do water pump for EQ. She kinda knows I do PE but when you say it is for EQ or ED they don’t complain at all. We also actively use cock rings like 80% of the time so things that once were too kinky are now normal.

hahaha… I’m just a few days after that so I don’t have much time in Apr to hit my short-term goal.

Also, I forgot to note that I do take 10mg of Cialis daily.

My gym routine is 5-6 days/week.
- 20min cardio
- 1 hr free weight
- 20min steam, sauna.

I also take several other supplements like L-citrulline, L-argine, Tongat Ali, Zinc/Mag, L-Glutamine, CLA, L-Carnintine, D3/MK7, MSM Glocosumine, Multi-Vitamin. I consume these daily and rarely miss a day.

I’m quite sure all of these help me with my gains.
