Silverc's Routine

I stretch once a day about 20 minutes in each session. I pull in a single direction (up, down, out, left or right) for 30 seconds then go through a routine of constant pressure pull while slowly moving left to right or up and down at various angles from what would be considered a centered position. I do a series of 5 sets of 20 up and down at various angles including centered, then stretch for 30 seconds in a direction opposite to the first stretch, then do 5 sets of 20 left to right movements at various angles. I finish with a 30 second stretch straight out.

I jelq immediately afterwards performing 100 wet jelqs the first six weeks and now 150 wet jelqs. I use olive oil as a lubricant.

I vary grips from under-hand to over-hand trying to keep it balanced between the two methods.

I have been a member since 2012 but never stayed focused on a routine. I finally re-committed to stretching and jelqing at the end of July 2014. To my joyous surprise, in two months I am seeing results. 3/8" in length and some additional girth. I look forward to my next measurements in 30 days.
