So I wanted to write this thread and ask any of you guys what are the signs that you are growing?? I am unable to tell, I have been jelqing and using an ADS, and I figure at the beginning after the exercises I have not so good erections but when I wake up from a nights rest I have amazing boners that hurt. Anyway I created this thread to ask any of you that have successfully grown either length or girth what are some definite signs that growth is happening?

When you measure and it’s bigger. That’s really the only way.

I recommend to you to warm up and stretch 5 minutes after you finish the ADS session, Then you will see results.

Not a bad idea Murdoclll, Titleist I know through measuring however I wonder if you had any clear signs to know you’re in the right path, so I can adjust my training to ensure future growth

Positive PI’s, and more specifically, more positive PI’s. Wether it’s frequency, intensity, consistency or what have you.

Example: if you already have night wood but noticed it is not stronger and lasts longer

Another example: better blood flow to the glans area and it seems to become more filled with blood than before.

This is why it’s crucial to listening to your dick, they will communicate to us.

Edit: my last post is mostly* when looking for girth gains. Certain PI’s are strong indicators for a solid girth routine.

Sometimes when doing a length routine (especially if it’s demanding or intense) can yield fatigue which can result in certain negative PI’s even though the routine may be efficient.

But that is usually for more advanced length routines.

Just wanted to note this.

Thanks for the information guys, I see many positive PIs (Physiologic Indicators) still after 2 months no gains, I should probably have more protein I guess, being new to all this how long does it take to see some results what is an average rough estimate? And lastly I start to believe girth work should be only 3 max 4 times a week instead of everyday like stretching what do you guys think? I appreciate your answers

Measuring.

An increase to stretched length seems to be a good indicator that there will be an increase to erect length within a few months too.

If you’re not measuring every so often, it’s easy to get discouraged. Growth from PE is really gradual and you might not notice just by looking that you’ve grown.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

I understand Sigmoid and I will be more patient, I just ask this question because I did PE long time ago and gained nothing, and just wanted to make sure from the guys who have gained what were the signs so I know I’m on the right path, thanks again 😉

The periods I had growth in both length and girth was ONLY when I was having positive Pis.

I had zero growth(and some times even reduction in length-girth) in the periods that I was having negative Pis.

An increase to the Bpfsl is the more trustworthy indicator for gains. Make sure that you are resting 2 days every week.

Pe_is_an_art I never thought PIs were that important, I will definitely put a lot of attention to it, I guess now maximizing PIs is the answer. Gentlepsychopath 2 rest days a week, I thought 1 was enough maybe you’re right I will try and see what happens, again thanks guys.
