So I have known about PE for about 5 -6 years now. I’m currently 22 years old. Back in my teenage years I was really not confident in my dick size. So I started doing PE maybe for like a month and kinda lost interest in it (can’t really remember why I stopped). I don’t think I got bigger in that month (not really sure tho). Anyways now I’m older, had experienced with some Lady’s, never had any complainments, so I stopped really thinking about. My EX back then even said she wished I was a lil smaller, which literally blew my mind, since I’m pretty average. Recently I have kinda started to think about PE and I’m not going to lie, I have always liked the thought of having a bigger dick. So in order to achieve this and to stay consistent, I’m starting this thread to stay motivated, keep track and see if it is really possible to get a bigger dick or not. If so maybe it will motivate someone else or You to start doing it. I’m going to be a 100% honest and tell if it works or does not (obviously its only a personal experience).

I have started PE last week, did like 3 times (slowly getting in).

As of my 1 week experience so far:

- flaccid looks a lil longer and thicker (haven’t measured it though)

The routine I started with and keep on doing for the next at least 4 weeks:

Warm up: 5 min warm wrap
Stretching: 5 min
Jelqing: 10 min
Cool down: 5 min warm wrap

(I’m progressing every week by a minute or two)

To everyone who is experienced, got a bigger dick doing PE etc. If there is anything I can do to get a bigger dick faster (obviously safely .. Don’t want to do that exotic stuff, where you can do some serious damage), I would really appreciate it, if you could tell me your secret, or whatever has helped you, what you have learned .. I am really trying to do it this time correctly and want to absorb all the valuable information that is out there.

Anyways I ll be updating every week at least 1 time, aiming for two times (during the week and end of it).

For my progression: My STATS

PFL (Penis flaccid length): 10cm
PFG (P. F. Girth): 10.5cm
BPFL (Bone pressed Penis flaccid length): 11.5cm
PEL (Penis erection length): 15.5cm
PEG (P.e. Girth):12cm
BPEL (Bone pressed .): 16.5cm

GOAL:
PEL 18 - 20 cm
PEG 13,5 -15 cm

Good luck. I’m on my 4th try, or I’ve had 3 “deconditioning breaks”, but it’s worth it. You have a good routine in place, the way to faster gains is to simply stay consistent with your routine day after day.


Started (Dec 2017): 5.0 BPEL X 4.1 MSEG

Now (Feb 2024): 6.5 BPEL X 4.25 MSEG

Second week update:

The second week is almost over. I have one more session on Saturday. My schedule: 1 day on / 1 day off.

I feel good, nothing hurts or so. I have no problem getting hard. Although I’m pretty stressed from uni (have to check more at my erection if its ok, or PE messes with it)

As of gaining. Visually I don’t really see any difference both flaccid and erected. Its maybe a little bit longer flaccid when hanging.
I’m going to measure in 2 weeks.
I’m currently doing a 5-7 min warm up
5-10 min stretching, 10-15 min jelqing, 5-7 min cooldown

Oh damn 4th try. So in your opinion it really works 🤔. Thanks I thought about maybe adding pumping ( like bathmate, had one years ago) in the future but thinking about popping blood vessels and stuff like that, just makes me think about it twice. I rather stay with the more “safer” old school manual PE.

How much did you gain bro? And how long did it took you to see results and get to the results ur now at?
