0.5 length in 1 month…..incredible considering your inconsistency. More is less it seems in your case. Don’t change a thing for month 2 would be the right thing to do. Man, I’ve only had 0.75 gains in 18 months!!

Thanks! While I’ve taken several measurements at night the past few nights with consistent results, I need to remember to during the day just to verify. Thanks man, and I hope you get the progress you want as well.

Unfortunately I had gotten overwhelmed with my senior design project and had lost time to work on this. I have since graduated (a couple months ago), and decided I should get back to this!

I haven’t been doing my PE for the past few months, but now I’m trying to get back into it! Yesterday and today I did the newbie routine (timing the jelqs to 10 minutes rather than counting, nor did I count how many kegels I did). I also stretch a little whenever I use the restroom. Tomorrow should be a break day, according to the newbie routine, then I will continue the day after.

After the one day off Wednesday, I did the newbie routine Thursday, and would’ve today, but my significant other come home early (and I am doing this privately, at least for now). I probably won’t be able to do another session until Monday.
