Subscribed to this post! I’m on the same path and started around 01 Jan. Thanks for the recommendation on the Total Man. I’ve been using a rice sock that I spray with water and put in the microwave. I tried out the TherMedic pad and it just wasn’t working very well at all.

I’ve also been hanging with the BibHanger because I ordered the PeniMaster and they never shipped it or updated me about anything. I just ordered the Vac Extender 4. Looking forward to vac hanging although the BibHanger has been working pretty good. I try not to go above 6 pounds.

Surprisingly, I’ve gained around .75 inches in my first two months, and boy am I addicted to this journey! Looking forward to hearing more about your progress.

I took a break yesterday due to traveling, and now I’m back home. Odd thing is.. My BPFSL is longer? Not what I expected. My post reading was strange too. I hit 18cm but it didn’t last long and I hit 17.5-6 after; I’m wondering if it was attributable to using the hottest setting on my TotalMan again. All that to say: take my measurements with prejudice.

We’ll see if my measurements normalize over the next few sessions.

So I think I’ve introduced a bit of variance into my measurements unintentionally. To reduce the variance, I’m going to bone press one end, but keep the edge of the ruler (the other end) pointing straight out by pushing the ruler into a wall so that the ruler remains perpendicular to the surface I’m pressing into / straight out.

Please bear with me as I figure this out as my numbers will jump around a little bit.

Given the limited strain, I’m going to introduce another 4oz for the next session. Stay tuned.

I couldn’t get a session in yesterday because I was outside all day in really cold weather. The shrinkage was real.

I upped my weights for today’s session by 4 oz; again, I picked 4 oz because it’s easiest with my weight set. My post BPFSL has stalled, so I think it’s appropriate to start my deconditioning. Thoughts from anyone?

Hi, all, I thought I’d give an update. I decided to take a break for two to three weeks. The gains seemed to stall and I’ve been a bit busy lately and will be for a little bit, so I thought it made sense. I’ll be back!

I thought I’d let everyone know that I had some “teaser” sessions to see where things stood. I’ve decided to decon longer. My BPFSL is hanging out at about 17.2 cm right now. My BPEL gets to 6 3/8” to 6 1/2”. I’ll be back sooner rather than later hopefully.
