RoboJason's Routine

Began reading these forums in June. Began with a routine of the following:

wamup with warm wash rag (2-3 mins)

stretching 2 sets of 5 ways (straight out, up, down, left, right) for 30 seconds each followed by “helicopter” stretches 10 circles each way.

Wet semi erect jelqing 2 sets of 5 minutes with one minute of rest between while using warm rag

Warm rag cool down while massaging for 2-3 minutes.

Did this for about 2 months (3 days on, one day off) with great initial gains, then my schedule got crazy and i became inconsistent. Took the lazy route and bought enlargement pills (expensive but does slightly increase EQ) and have used gas station fake Viagra crap before sex.

Have been stretching maybe twice a week with no real program, and have been doing semi erect clamping using hand….once again, no routine.

Decided to become a member and get back to a legit routine again!
