This thread serves as tracking for my post ‘mini-decon’ programme, will be updated MONTHLY

The programme entails extending with the andropenis extender and jelqing (newbie routine).

Newbie routine (2 days on 1 off) and extending for one of three categories:

Background information, I used to extend for 8-9 hours per day with no problem.
After many months, now extending at 8”, I struggle to get past 5 hours.

The extender time will thus vary daily on a random basis, but should never fall below 5 hours:

-Minimum 5 hours (Green zone).
-Minimum 6 hours (Cyan zone).
-Minimum 8 hours (Purple zone).

What’s the problem? Discomfort or lack of time?

Did your gains come gradually over the 1000 hours extending, or did you hit a plateau early and gained nothing after?

The gains came gradually.
But I think I may have hit a girth plateau, not length.

Extender: 5 hours
Newbie routine: rest day.

Comments:
23.12.22, off to a rough start.
Luckily it was jelq rest day or I wouldn’t have managed to fit in 5 hours of extending.
Had a day off from work and thus slept in, causing me to lose precious PE time.

Doesn’t matter, got it done. Next.

Comments:
24.12.22, Merry Christmas to all.
The festive season makes PE difficult given family Christmas commitments and what not.

I had to stay up until 2 am to get all the PE in.
Whatever it takes.

For the next 3 months there will be NO compromise.

RESTART after 4 months decon

->Newbie routine for 3 months, 2 days on 1 day off
->Andropenis extender, 4-6h per day, 5 days per week

UPDATE:

First time BPEL 7.67 few days ago
Yesterday measured at BPEL 7.59 inch

MSEG stuck at 5.31

Missed a lot of days due to work pressures and food poisoning. But back at it now on a 8 day streak.

UPDATE:

First time MSEG measuring 5.4" for the 3rd day in a row after edging with lotion for 30mins watching (relatively mild) porn, always ending the session without ejaculation (important in my opinion).

What if your edged size will eventually be your normal size, gained through PE, but has yet to be cemented?

I’m sure the theory is old but I’m testing it for myself.
As usual extender 4-5hrs per day and newbie.

Maybe the increased MSEG is just better EQ?
I have been eating clean and now I’m pretty lean and more endurance and strength I the gym than I had at 21 years old (now I’m 28).

UPDATE:

PE sure bis difficult around Christmas time, especially the newbie routine.

I feel stuck on 7.5-7.6 BPEL and 5.3 MSEG

Once the festivities are calmed down, time to go hard again, no pun intended, extender 4hrs per day (which I’ve been doing disciplined for the last 4 months, but also newbie 2 days on 1 off which I feel is the KEY to PE. At least I think that’s how I obtained all my girth gains
