RackHunter's Routine

Modified Newbie routine ( warmup , 15-20 min manual stretch , 400-500 wet jelq , with Horse 440’s and uli’s every 25 jelqs and 3 sets 5 min clamping with cock ring or cable clamp. (-I’ve recently added pumping 10 min 5" hg) -This was my routine 6 years ago.

I had to edit my routine since I have been inactive for 6 years or so. As you can see, I have not lost much in the size dept.

New edit: I do the above routine, but have added hanging and shortened stretching routine. Sofar has worked. I do not pump anymore.
