Progress reports

I have been doing manual stretches, 15-20minutes and just now throwing in jelqing exercises for about 5-7second strokes x 35 for 5 days out of the weeks. After my exercises I wear an anti-turtle sleeve to sleep in. Then I take it off in the morning. Does anyone have any tips? Suggestions? Does anyone care to show me some progress pics from before you started to currently for a moral booster so I know I’m working towards an actual achievable goal.
