Hello!

I come from French section which is actually close.

First of all sorry if my English is not perfect. I write those lines as I speak..

My experience in PE with 90% of Jelqing and stretching gave me:

BPEL : 17 cm -> 18.5 cm
Base EG : 13 cm -> 13.6 cm
Milieu EG : 12.5 cm -> 13.1cm
Fin EG : 11.3 cm -> 12.3 cm

Then I stopped for about 1 year.

I started again during close to 3 or 4 month which gave me back the part of gains that I had lost but no more.

So I decided to switch to the hanging with the bib since 5 weeks:

First week : 3 to 4 set of 10 to 20 min, depend of the feeling. As you know it’s difficult to learn to hang without pain. 2.5 kg
2 : 4 set 20min with 2.5 kg
3 : 4 set 20min with 3 kg
4 : 4 set 20 min with 3.5kg
5 : 4 set 20 min 4 kg

I hang every day. Since the beginning I only stopped 1 day because I couldn’t do my hanging session. When I add weight it take 3 to 4 days to succes with 4 set of 20min with the maximum weight. If I can’t I go back sometimes to only 2.5 kg. During the 4 first weeks I wrapped only with Theraband. Now I start to wrap with a soft underwrap and then Theraband.
I jelq 10 min after hanging session.
I now use an autoextender for 2 hours after the session which avoid my penis to turtle.

I hope the hanging gonna give me flaccid length! If I can I want to increase my erect stats but the flaccid is now the most important thing for me.

For the moment I thing there is a better flaccid hang after a shower! But not crazy.

I’ll continu for at least 2 month before stop if there isn’t any gain.

Week 6 : 4 set 20 min still 4kg.
Wednesday I did only 2 set so I did 2 set Saturday morning and 4 set at the evening.

I start the seventh week with 4.5 kg.

I add a silicone sleeve all the day when I am not doing any PE, and try to do some bed fowfers. But I think I lost my position when I start to sleep. I’ll see with the time if I find a solution.

Feeling good. Don’t think I gained any length just measured girth and it’s still the same. But sometimes after a shower I get a really good hang!

My actual goal is to improve my FL. Become a shower should be amazing!

I’ll take EL measurement next month.

1 set 15 min with 2.5 kg
3 set 20 min with 3.5 kg
Going back to 3.5 kg, I changed my wrapping method.

Still no day off.

Yo man, that weight is pretty heavy and you are increasing it rather quickly. Try to read more on hanging and exercise caution.

I went back to 2.5 kg this week.

Week 8 :
4 set 20 min 2.5kg or 2.8kg depend of the feeling. I improved my wrapping method and think that I do better hanging session now. (feel the stretch more inside that’s on the skin)
I do a 20 min jelqing session as well after hanging or before sleeping. I start to get back my morning wood.
I wear a cock ring or a wrapping during the day.

Sounds really good session Nyko.
I found after several changes for me working the best 4 kg. And I’m sure everyone has to find the right weight for hanging.

Really nice work. You get a great increase in EG that’s amazing.

So.
Week 9 :
4 set 20 min with 2.75kg to 3kg.
I realised that I am doing hanging since 64 days without any day off now and there is no change. Maybe a little change in flaccid length.
I think I will give up hanging soon or do something like 3 days a week I don’t know for the moment but I am boring to see no change..
I’ll go back to what it worked the best for me : a stretching routine with jelqing, add pumping session on Wednesday and do a heavy session of everything on Friday before 2 days off. So 5 on 2 off.
Moreover, I find the best ADS for me. A vacuum cap with a sleeve hooked to a belt at the leg. I don’t know the name but I can keep this device like 3 hours without any pain and without remove it. And I really feel the stretch on the lig. That’s an amazing feeling. I started 4 days ago. From 1 hour to 3 hours a day, I’ll try to wear it 5 or 6 hours a day in 2 weeks in addition of my routine.
