I keep getting hard while stretching to sides, results are slight aches on the sides.

Decided to take another day for rest since I’ve been masturbating 3 times daily for days, need some rest… xd

Today I did a warmup, about 8x30sec down stretches.
For the next few weeks, my routine might change to just stretches because I won’t be home. I’ll see how it works.

Any routine tips for doing just stretches?

You might be doing this already but when you stretch instead of using full force straight off the bat, stretch just until your dick becomes taut. After some seconds holding the stretch your dick should relax at this point you can increase the force until your dick becomes taut again. Repeat this process throughout the duration of your stretch and you might be able to stretch further than if you had used full force from the start. The idea behind this process is that easing into the stretch prevents your dick from resisting the force.
