10 minute hot shower warmup
A Day) 10 minutes stretching, 30 minutes jelqing with Ulis and squeezes at the end
B Day) 20 minutes stretching, 20 minutes jelqing with Ulis and squeezes at the end
10 minute hot shower warmdown

Going to increase times to 20:40 and 30:30 or 10:50 and 20:40 respectively once my tissues are toughened up a little
