Hey guys, I am a newcomer to the PE community but have heard about the concept for years. I have decided to take the dive and start off with the newbie routine posted on the beginner thread from luvdadus. I have been following it to a T for the first week, this includes:

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST

I am going to gradually increase the times for my stretches and wet jelqs over the following weeks. However, I have read somewhere (don’t remember where) that kegels are an essential part of the stretching routine and that some of the biggest gainers in the PE community have used kegels during their stretches. I am not going to attempt including kegels in combination with my stretching until I condition myself to a point where I feel I can handle them. Can anyone attest to the efficacy of kegels during stretching? Essentially, is this the secret for consistent gains? It makes sense to me because it activates the pelvic floor muscles for an even further stretch of the ligaments that cannot be achieved through hand force alone. I am looking to increase length first and work on girth second, as I understand this is easier to achieve after length.

GOAL: 7 EL x 5-5.5 MSG

One suggestion is to make sure you take some “before” pics now in order to track your progress.

I didn’t and have nothing to compare my newbie gains to.

There is a guide somewhere on recommendations for taking flaccid and erect pics. Good idea to show a ruler for length and a flexible tape for beginning girth.

I have gained about .7” in length since starting 3 months ago. It would have been nice to have before pics.

Whether you add your pics or not, it is a decent thread to help show you that dicks come in all shapes and sizes. Add yours to the library if you feel up to it. No pressure!

Began (1/9/2023) BPEL 6.175” x MSEG 4.875”

Current (2/23/2024) BPEL 7.6” x MSEG 5.375”. Goal BPEL 8.0” x MSEG 6.0”

Secret to gains is consistency. That’s what I’ve gathered. Yes, incorporate Kegels as much as you can and watch your PI’s.

Appreciate the feedback guys. I will take the advice and actually keep track through photos as well, I am going to take this as seriously as I can. It’s honestly something to look forward to before going to bed each night, I don’t mind the time dedication.
