Hey guys, just a mini update! Currently on a self enforced decon after I thought my PE was getting a bit out of hand. I was getting obsessed, constantly looking at my dick to see if it had changed size, which is not healthy in the slightest haha! So I’m currently in PE rehab. I haven’t done any PE as such for about 5 days, just some very light stretching and we’re talking VERY light; 3-4 minutes in the shower. I’ve also edged while masturbating and thrown in one or two light squeezes while doing it. I’ve also been ‘fluffing’ my dick out throughout the day, ie just stretching it out a little if it looks like it’s turtling. The strange thing is my dick feels and looks bigger than it ever has been during this decon, I’m hoping this isn’t a trick of the mind but I’m pretty honest with myself when it comes to evaluating whether I’ve grown or not. I measured 2 days ago and I was almost at 7.5 BPEL, almost, which is the most I’ve ever measured. I’ve measured that once before but it seemed a lot easier this time. Improved EQ maybe? I also measured my girth and I’m at about 0.2 of an inch thicker than usual. On a good day with good EQ I’m practically at the same length now NBP as I was BP when I first started, which is encouraging I suppose.

Has anybody got any ideas what’s going on here physiologically? I’ve got a few ideas, but as with most PE science it’s all speculation. Could it be that because I’m not PEing properly, the tunica and tissues have relaxed so they are able to expand to a greater degree? Or is there something going on with collagen? My dick feels slightly more elastic. Basically I think my dick is schizophrenic and possibly has a personality disorder ;) Decon breaks for the win people!

After some rest it loosens up.

That seems to be the popular opinion and it makes sense.
I’ll certainly be taking regular breaks when I get started again.

The schizophrenic penis strikes again. So after my week long decon where I did limited PE, (see above) I jumped straight back into a routine of 60 jelqs and then some Ulis and Horse Squeezes. BIG MISTAKE. As per usual, during my PE sessions I have no self control, which is something I’m still working on. My original intention was to do 60 jelqs and then maybe one uli and one horse squeeze. Well I ended up squeezing my dick for about 6-7 minutes at full expansion, veins popping, the works. The end result of that being I had quite a large number of red spots on my dick, and one rather large one about 1/8th of an inch across. That was on sunday, fast forward to this morning two days later and my EQ is dreadful, my flaccid looks skinny and I could just about measure 7,4/16th BPEL; last week I measured a full 1/4 inch longer. But I was so annoyed by this I was determined to do something about it. I grabbed a hot water bottle and heated up my dick for a good half an hour, while watching some porn and voila! My dick was back to its previous size, I didn’t measure as I could see it was noticeably bigger than it had been this morning and so was the girth. The wonders of heat ay?

The moral of the story: Once again my penis is telling me that I’m a less is more PEer. Also I’d deconditioned my dick slightly so going in with all that squeezing after a week off was not a very clever move. Heat is our best friend. I’m gonna go on another decon (even though I’ve only performed one PE session since my last decon) and then ease myself back in with a simple stretch routine with a few jelqs thrown in at the end. I think I’m gonna start PEing at night aswell before I go to bed because it will fit in better with my routine, using lots of heat before, during and after my sessions. I am determined to get to 7inches NBPEL one way or another, and at my biggest at the moment I’m only about 1/4 away from that.
