Penis Come Out of The Body More and Pivots
Several years ago I was doing excercises for about 6 weeks. I warmed up and down as directed but perhaps was too vigorous with the routine, particuarly pulling the penis away from the body to the left, right and straight out and now I have damaged my penis. Before my penis hung straight down the middle and my erections were perfectly straight and securely fixed at the base of my penis.now: my penis seems to pivot at the base, either swinging round to the left or right and seems pulled out of my body, with a gap between the penis and balls when flaccid where as it used to press against the balls. It no longer hangs straight down the middle but seems to come out of my body at a 45 degree angle (or is this what penis excercises are supposed to do as in pulling the suspensory ligament gradually so that more penis from inside the body is visible outside the body?) and even when fully erect I can hold the end and make large circular movements with my penis because there is so much flexibilty at the base, its no longer secure. Please can you advise me how to do excercises to make it hang straight down the middle again and to strengthen the suspensory ligament or secure the base? Is an extender a good idea to try and pull the penis back into shape? I want to continue with doing exercises but don’t want to do more damage. I have posted about this issue before but never got any good advice. Just wanted to try again to see if I can get some positive feedback on how to rectify this problem and make my penis stronger at the base. Has anyone else noticed this themselves? Thanks for reading.
