Several years ago I was doing excercises for about 6 weeks. I warmed up and down as directed but perhaps was too vigorous with the routine, particuarly pulling the penis away from the body to the left, right and straight out and now I have damaged my penis. Before my penis hung straight down the middle and my erections were perfectly straight and securely fixed at the base of my penis.now: my penis seems to pivot at the base, either swinging round to the left or right and seems pulled out of my body, with a gap between the penis and balls when flaccid where as it used to press against the balls. It no longer hangs straight down the middle but seems to come out of my body at a 45 degree angle (or is this what penis excercises are supposed to do as in pulling the suspensory ligament gradually so that more penis from inside the body is visible outside the body?) and even when fully erect I can hold the end and make large circular movements with my penis because there is so much flexibilty at the base, its no longer secure. Please can you advise me how to do excercises to make it hang straight down the middle again and to strengthen the suspensory ligament or secure the base? Is an extender a good idea to try and pull the penis back into shape? I want to continue with doing exercises but don’t want to do more damage. I have posted about this issue before but never got any good advice. Just wanted to try again to see if I can get some positive feedback on how to rectify this problem and make my penis stronger at the base. Has anyone else noticed this themselves? Erections are fine when fully hard except I can grab it and do large circular movements where as before it could hinge up and down and a little to the left and right only.. Looser at the base but still can get 100% hard but semi hard still pivots to the left or right.

Sounds like your stretched your suspensatory ligament.

I’ve had a similar development; my penis has always hanged to the left, but since I’ve started being serious with PE I’ve noticed it actually almost hangs on the side of my testicles now. Only when it’s flaccid though, when erect it’s pretty much dead center, and especially during my morning wood. In my case the base of my erect penis got a lot more firm as I did more kegels, so maybe you could try that. My flaccid is still crooked though, but I don’t really care about my flaccid either way. I guess if anyone has advice on that one I’d prefer symmetry. Stretch to the opposite side a little more perhaps?

Your penis changes with age and with exercise. Some hang left; some hang right; others are perfectly symmetrical. As long as your erections are great, I wouldn’t worry about the other things.

Edit: Incidentally, mine hangs and curves to the left and it doesn’t stand straight up during erections. It’s also a bit looks at the base but doesn’t affect how I use it.
