Current: NBPEL~15cm, BP~17.8cm , EG~12.3cm

Goal: NBPEL 18cm, BP =20cm, EG 15cm

- Combined 10jelqs squeeze a day to the routine for the first time after 4 years of PE last week. The girth gained from 11.8cm to 12.1cm in only 10 days. So weirded. It is f* crazy gained. I am not believed till now even I measured this morning. Anyone want to focus on Girth. Let try it. My plan is exhausted this exercise for few months and then add more Horse 440 squeeze. I have been try pumping and clamping, none of them can gain such girth for short period of time like this exercise. It will be different in different people but It is till effective exercise.

- I also stopped Clamping after 2 days tested, It made my erection so worst as I could not sex with my wife at night.

Ps: my routine is quite light as I just add a little to test my EQ. If penis is tired or turltle, 1 to 2 day off to get back my EQ

I started to extend at 700-900gram and made some gains and then the gain stopped. After that, I tried to pump for 3 months and hanged for 3 month without gain. Rightnow, I am backed to extender and just extended at 500-700gram and add more girth exercise. I start to see gain again.

Still extended at low intensity, around 300-500gram, 8 hours a day. This time, I only focus on girth so add 40jelqs squeeze a day split to 20/20 between set. I start to see girth gain from 11.8-11.9cm to 12.2-12.3cm. Hope I can gain to 12,6-12.8cm next 3 or 4 weeks. I will comeback soon. See you guys😆
