Paulski82's Routine

My goal over the next 3 years os so is 9” EL and 7” EG. So I’m allowing for about an inch EL a year.

NOTE: I’m not really interested in BP or flacid measurements. I’m only interested in what can be seen when I’m erect I.e. EL and EG . That’s just me though. :-P



Program 2: Length Routine (July 1 2005 - current)

July 1 2005: 6.3 inches ENBPL, 6.25 EG

NOTE: changed ruler at this time to a metal one that starts at exactly 0 to make measuring easier.

ROUTINE:
* Warmup - hot shower or massage
* 1 hour of manual stretching - straight out, hold for four minutes then get circulation back - repeat for an hour
* 10-15 minutes hand clamping - get as much blood into penis as possible and clamp with hand for 30-60 seconds making penis engorged as possible, then allow blood to recirculate - repeat til 10-15 minutes.



Program 1: Original “Newbie” Routine (1 May 2005 - 30 June 2006)

ROUTINE:
* Warmup - hot shower
* Stretching - 30 mins
* Wet jelqs - 200 reps (3s strokes and pause at the top of the stroke)

This routine was every second day with weekends off.

* I did see about 1/2 of girth gained with this program over 2 months.
* No length gains though. I want to start packing more length so changed program to focus on this.
* I incorporated a lot of manual stretching and got rid of jelqing in favour of hand clam (see above program).
