I just started with PE. My measurement at 22.02.2019. Were flaccid:7cm and erect at 12.2 cm

I am 19 years old and I really want to get it bigger because I consider my self to be pretty cool guy and this is really embarrassing for me.

I’m starting a newbie routine:

-5 minutes of heating up

-5 minutes of stretching

-5 minutes of jelqing

-5 minutes of heating up again for end of the workout.

I tought I should do 5 days on and 2 days off. I am not afraid to take a break if I think I need it. I will watch out of overtraining and if I sense that I need to take a brake in the middle of 5 day block I will do it.

I was wondering if I can break up the workout in 2 parts. One in the morning and one in the evening. Instead of 5 minutes on each exercise I would do 2.5 minutes in the morning and 2.5 minutes in the evening. What do you think about breaking it up into 2 separate workouts troughout the same day?

Hey Panda, been reading a lot on this forum and I have been doing PE for about 3 weeks now. Don’t think you should split this up. 5 min of jelqing already is not a lot. I saw guys like thoughtfulgold actually advising on 2 days on 1 day off (which I am doing too). Don’t take my word for it that specifically gold said this, but a lot of posts have those replies. If you do only 2.5 min of stretching and jelqing it would probably not stress it enough for gains to come. It’s really not enough to make some tissue damage in order to stimulate growth. Same principle for any stretching or for example gym excercise. Also you will be wasting your 10 min of hot wrapping. Honestly you should try 2 days on 1 off and get the 5 min jelqing to 10 in the coming week. Newbie routine says we should get it to 30 over 6 weeks I believe.

Yea I kinda made same conclusion on 2 days off 1 day on and I will increase on days over next few months.

You are probably right about not splitting up, but with gym exercises there is a method called greasing the groove but probably can’t be applied here.

About jelqing I was doing 200 reps now, today I added 10 reps so I did 210.I think that I will increase by 10 either every workout or after rest day. It would be great if someone more experienced can answer that. Did you gain any size?

Do not split your routine, resting is as important as the exercises.

The first stage of PE should be to get to know how your penis reacts to the stimulus you are giving to it in one go.

This is my opinion.
